The Polk County Growth Management Department offers the following information to the public as an opportunity to review staff comments for developments under review by the County.  The attached information includes draft review comments which are subject to change.

To assist staff in decreasing turn around time, the applicant is being asked not to submit responses to their reviews until "all comments" have been completed by reviewing agencies.  All revised material should be submitted to Development Services for Processing.
