Certain project queries are experiences issues.  Sorry for any Incovience

The Polk County Growth Management Department offers the following information to the public as an opportunity to review, staff comments for developments under review by the County, fees related to these developments, as well as permits, building inspections and Contractor Licensing Information.

There are two search methods for projects by parcel id and by project number.

Permits are searched by permit number only. 

There are multiple search methods for Contractor Licensing. You can search by Contractor ID or any combination of Contact's Last Name, Company, Florida License#, and/or License Type.
