Welcome to the surplus supplies exchange. Here you can post unneeded office supplies or office equipment for other departments and divisions to claim. There will be a representative from each department, typically the person currently tasked with ordering supplies, that will be responsible for maintaining their department's available supplies and equipment.
 
The exchange is divided into two separate sections. One for office supplies (toner cartridges, printer ribbons, boxes, etc.) and one for office equipment (desks, file cabinets, etc.). If you are claiming office equipment valued over $500 you will need to fill out a fixed asset transfer form available here (instructions for filling out the form are included).

Below is a sample of an item from the exchange. In order to claim an item you will need to send an email to the address posted with the item (Email Contact:). The item number for the item will automatically be entered in the subject line for you. This is a first come first serve system. You will receive an email from the posting department's representative if you are the first to claim the item.
